Ordering and Delivery Information

Our products can be ordered on our website, or by contacting us between 10am and 6pm Indian Standard Time, Monday to Saturday at +91 98 199 22305.

Our products are available for delivery, or for pickup from our office in Tardeo, South Mumbai.

Our floral arrangements are only available in Mumbai, and are delivered to you in our air-conditioned delivery vans. We offer delivery during two time slots in the day: 10:00am to 2:00pm, or 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Somebody must be present at the delivery location to accept the floral arrangements.

Please note that our floral arrangement products must be ordered at least one day prior to the date of delivery or pickup.We do not offer same-day delivery or pickup services. We do not accept or process any orders after 6pm Indian Standard Time, or on Sundays. Hence we request that any floral arrangement orders be made prior to 6pm to ensure next-day delivery or pickup. For a Monday delivery, please place your order by 6pm on the preceding Saturday.

All of our other products will be dispatched within 3 days of the receipt of the order if available in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will advise you separately of the expected shipping time.Non-perishable products are available for delivery (via courier service) anywhere that is served by our delivery partners.

Orders will be processed only uponreceiving full payment.Please note that all payments must be made directly to Velvet Ribbon, and not to the delivery service personnel.

Extra charges may apply for orders being delivered outside of central Mumbai. For international orders, all applicable customs duties are to be borne by the purchaser.
